As part of the 9 cups of cooked vegetable daily challenge, here is an evening meal I put together in the Insta Pot.

Ingredients:

Green Beans

One rutabaga

-some sliced turnip

-sliced red onion

-garlic cloves

-sliced fresh ginger

-cut dill herb seasoning

-some grass fed beef tallow

Set the timer for about 1 minute on the steam setting, and that’s it.

Feast!
