Rutabagas, Carrots, Green Beans Recipe- Nutritional Balancing Friendly

Alright, so here’s a lineup featuring a champion- the rutabaga!  Incredible root vegetable that should be a daily staple in everyone’s meal plans!  Just cook it enough in a pressure cooker (I use the Instant Pot, found here.)

Ingredients:

-1 whole rutabaga

-few slices of turnip

-several whole carrots

-handful of fresh green beans

-about a whole head of garlic cloves (deskinned)

-slivers of fresh ginger root

-1 dried black botija olive (the only fruit I will eat!)

-approx 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold butter

The follow-up snack:

Organic blue corn chips (Whole Grain Milling Co.) dipped in some lactose free organic sour cream!
